Get ready for a sightseeing tour today. We went on an excursion tour to Naukuchiatal and Bhimtal. Naukuchiatal means a nine-cornered Lake. Perched at 1,220 mts above sea level, the lake is about 1 km long and is also the deepest lake of Nainital with a depth of 40mts. Bhimtal, once part of the ancient silk route, is another picturesque lake perched at 1,370mts above sea level, making it even higher than Naukuchiatal. It has a small island in the center having a large aquarium. Located in the enchanting Himalayan Ranges of the Kumaon region, Sattal (Seven Lakes) is an interlinked group of seven mesmerizing freshwater lakes. Overnight stay at Nainital.

Kainchi Dham

Anashakti Ashram
Anashakti Ashram, located in Kausani, is a peaceful site where Mahatma Gandhi spent time and wrote his commentary on Anashakti Yog, titled "Geeta-Anashakti-Yog." The ashram has been converted into a study and research centre, offering accommodation in 24 rooms, along with a library and kitchen. It is worth visiting for its historical connection to Gandhi and the study of Anashakti Yog.
Pant Museum
The Pant Museum in Kausani, the birthplace of the famous Hindi poet Sumitra Nandan Pant, features a gallery dedicated to his memory with a collection of hundreds of English and Hindi books. It is an appealing destination for literature lovers. Each year, a poetry conference is held at the museum to celebrate Pant's birth anniversary, attracting many renowned poets.
Rudradhari Falls
The fall is a natural attraction of this hill station. Many of the ancient caves with lots of hidden secrets are explored in the nearby areas. The old story tells that the Lord Shiv (Rudra) and Lord Vishnu (Hari). The big Shiv temple in Someshwar is situated near the waterfalls. These big and beautiful waterfalls can be also visited by trekking to Adi Kailash in the hill station of Kausani

Bagnath Temple
The Bagnath Temple in Bageshwar, built by King Laxmi Chand in the 15th century, is located at a site with temples from the 7th century. According to legend, Brahmarishi Vashistha was leading the river Saryu to Ayodhya when he met Sage Markandeya, who was in deep penance. To avoid disturbing him, Vashistha asked Lord Shiva for help. Shiva took the form of a tiger, while Goddess Parvati became a cow. The cow's cry awakened Markandeya, allowing Vashistha to continue his journey. Lord Shiva is worshipped here as Vyaghreshwar, later known as Bagheshwar.
The temple features a remarkable shikhar and a beautiful stone structure, with smaller, older temples nearby dedicated to Bhairava, Durga, Kalika, Thingal Bhairav, and Vaneshwar. The complex is situated at the confluence of the rivers Saryu and Gomati.

Birthi falls
It is a picturesque cascading waterfall surrounded with verdant colors. Birthi Falls is falling down from 126mts of height. It is an ideal spot for tea and lunch breaks. It is located 35kms before Munsiyari.
It is a ravishing natural lake surrounded by alpine trees and paper trees. Musk Deer can be easily spotted at this place.
An easy 3km stimulating trek from Munsiyari will take you to Nanda Devi Temple. This sacred shrine holds immense importance amongst the local people o Munsiyari.
Transfer from Munsiyari to Binsar.On the way visit Jageshwar Dham Heritage of India's renowned Shiv temple site covered with dense Deodar forests. Check in at the Hotel. Later, went sightseeing at places like Binsar Bird Sanctuary, Zero Point, Kasardevi, Almora Town etc. Get back to the Hotel. Overnight stay at Binsar.
